Kraken Corporate was founded in 2026 by Elaine Taylor.

Elaine has worked in and around what we now call Customer Experience since the year 2000, and has witnessed the shift from in-person customer service to the world of technology and digital, and ultimately AI in real time.

She is also a qualified and insured accredited EFT International Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, from which she draws unique insights into human emotions and experiences, and how they drive behaviours and choices in the digital and professional world.

Passionate about striking the balance between empathy and efficiency in the age of AI, Elaine is rapidly establishing herself as an industry expert. She is regularly invited to speak at professional events on the subject of automation versus human intervention, and provides insightful, pragmatic and human-centric consultancy on how to get AI right in customer service.

Elaine is a mum of three, committed cat lady and avid Ted Lasso fan. Frequently found dancing the tango or up to her neck in cold water, she is a fierce advocate of giving the personal, vulnerable side of life an active role in supporting professional excellence.
